You can even add illustrations and notations using Apple Pencil on your i Pad.And with real‑time collaboration, your team can work together, whether they’re on Mac, i Pad, or i Phone, or using a PC.You may need more storage, especially if you have a lot of photos, or if you want to store lots of files on i Cloud Drive. You can buy more storage by clicking the Manage button in the i Cloud pane of System Preferences (see the screenshot above), and then clicking Buy More Storage. This is a great way to share files from your Mac or i OS device to other computers.
Templates and design tools make it easy to get started.
For example, if I launch Numbers on my i Phone, I see that there are two documents stored on my i Cloud Drive. But, if there are other files that Numbers can read, stored on my i Cloud Drive, I can also access them.
Tap the button at the top-left of the window, tap i Cloud Drive in the sheet that displays, and you see the i Cloud Drive document picker, which shows all the folders in your i Cloud Drive.
If you've got an i Cloud account—which you do, if you have an Apple ID—the easiest way to start working with i Cloud Drive is on a Mac. Check i Cloud Drive to turn it on, and make sure to do this on all the devices—Macs and i OS—that you want to access files on i Cloud Drive.
(For i OS devices, go to Settings Preferences, click Sidebar, and then check i Cloud Drive.
Whether your collaborators are across town or on the other side of the world, it’s amazingly productive.
