Foreign men fall in love with bar girls all around southeast Asia and of course the Philippines are no exception.
Just always keep in mind that the main reason the girls here start working in the bar isn’t because they want to see the Golden Gate Bridge, Big Ben or Sydney Opera House but rather because they struggle financially and often the reason behind this is a child from a Filipino guy who ran away and/or a family in the poor province who asks for support.
They also have sexy bar girls employed but they may not be bar fined out and so if you ask her if she wants to go with you or visit you at your hotel she’ll likely answer sure, but you’d either have to wait until she finishes work (2-3am) or take her number and contact her the next day so she’ll come over in the afternoon before work.
Just use your common sense, be polite, smile a lot and you’ll be fine. So when you agree on something, give her a high five and she’ll laugh and feel good. No seriously, there is no definite answer to this question as it depends on the attractiveness of the girl, how well you get on with each other and also on the type of place.
So if you’d go to a bikini bar (basically a go go bar without girls getting naked) or KTV be prepared to pay 3,000 Pesos and up which also includes the bar fine.
You smile at the bar tender who greets you with a friendly “Hello, welcome Sir” along with a smile on her face as if she has been anticipating your arrival for weeks.
At the same time you ask yourself why even the normal bartenders are so incredibly attractive here.
You start small talking with the girl who introduced herself as Rose, Eva, Kim or Bella (typical names) and after five to ten minutes when both of you feel you got warm with each other she politely asks you for a lady drink by explaining “I come from the desert, I took a long journey” before explaining that she worked in Abu Dhabi before (that’s just random, but I was told so once).
